Shipping

*Due to covid-19 we're experiencing a delay in processing orders.*

All orders are fulfilled and shipped from Los Angeles, CA.
Availability of items is not always guaranteed.
If you have ordered an item that is not available or that is delayed, we will notify you via email. 
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with the shipping tracking number.

Estimate arrival for domestic shipping:

  • standard - 3-10 business days

  • expedited - 2-5 business days

Estimated arrival for International shipping options:

  • standard - 7-20 business days

For international orders, a customs duty will be charged to you depending upon the country you reside in. Cafe Murmurs is not responsible for payment of this duty. By law, we cannot change the value of order on commercial invoices. 

Returns

All sales are final unless an item received has a notable defect. In case of a defected item, we must be notified within 3 days. 
Should there be a return issued, the buyer will be responsible for all return shipping costs.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can generally be cancelled within a few hours of being placed, but cancellation cannot be guaranteed. please email us at info@murmurs.la to cancel your order.
